Hey ladies! Are you interested in learning more about mixology, the distilling process, and other aspects of spirited beverages? Distilling Dames is a group that typically meets every second Thursday of the month for a cocktail or tasting, and an educational tour, talk or experiential activity based on different aspects of distilled spirits. In the past, meetings have involved learning about a specific type of spirit, touring local distilleries and creating our own bitters! The mission of the group is to get women more involved and informed in the world of distilled spirits.
The first 40 women to become members, will be our Founding Members and get special pricing (only $99/year!!!) which includes a T-shirt, a bottle of one of Dry Land’s Spirits, and all the meetings for a calendar year!
Once the founding memberships have been claimed, membership pricing will be $139 annually, include all meetings for that year plus a t-shirt and a bottle of spirits for your first year of membership!
Spirits for the Community:
Is a fund-raising program, that receives a portion of profits from a specific cocktail or beverage from participating distilleries and restaurants and donates them to causes that enrich and uplift our community.
In addition to getting together for fun and learning, the Dames’ members will have a meeting each quarter, where, a portion of the meeting is designated towards choosing Dry Land’s Spirits for the Community cocktail, as well as, vote for which non-profit the proceeds go towards!
Dames talk Spirits for the Community with Environment Colorado
This month we’ll talk about Spirits for the Community, a charitable program sponsored by the Dames, where a portion of each cocktail served at different locations around town will be donated to a different non-profit, quarterly. We’ll decide how quarterly meetings will go in the future and also hear from the first recipient of Spirits for the Community: Environment Colorado. We’ll do all of this while enjoying a craft cocktail from the tasting room bar, and some small snacks.
Price would be $15
